We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our regular newsletters and to personalise your shopping experience with us. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping costs within Australia

Products sent to Australian destinations are sent by Australia Post - Express Post so they can be tracked . Prices will be calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Prices are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of the item as per Australia Post Express Post guidelines

Large items (measuring greater than 105cm in length x 140cm girth) will be sent via Couriers Please courier service. Prices are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of the item as per Couriers Please guidelines.

Prices for shipping large items will not be displayed at the time of checkout. Your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted within 2 business days (usually the same day) to inform you of the shipping costs, prior to you going ahead with the order.

Shipping costs- International

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 1-2 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business. Express Post International delivers within 3-7 business days. Express Courier International delivers within 2-4 business days.

Customer Service Policy

Dogs In Motion Canine Rehabilitation P/L is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a refund.

Return Policy

(All products except Orthopets, Dogleggs and Walkin’ Wheels)

Victoria's Fair Trading Act 1999, protects consumers and provides for an equitable, competitive, informed and safe market place, and Dogs In Motion Canine Rehabilitation P/L will make every effort to comply with the terms of this and other relevant acts relating to Fair Trading.

Please choose your products carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown to you. All faults and discrepancies must be reported to us on +61 3 9553 0896 or at admin@dogsinmotion.com.au within 7 working days of receipt so the matter can be rectified. Anything reported after this time and without a warranty will be dealt with at the discretion of the company.

If, in the case that we have made a mistake with your order, please return to us and we will pay for the item to be re-despatched.

If you have made a mistake regarding the item you have ordered then postage must be paid by the sender both to and from our facility.

Please follow the measurement guidelines carefully. If you have made a mistake with sizing, we will exchange the item provided it is returned in ‘as new condition’ (see below under ‘Refunds’). The customer will be responsible for postage fees both to and from our facility.

All items returned must be in the original packaging and in a re-saleable ‘as new’ condition and by using your own courier/postal service. Registered post is advisable to ensure that the items are signed for on delivery.

If any item is returned to us 'postage to be paid on delivery' all charges incurred by Dogs In Motion Canine Rehabilitation P/L will be deducted from any credit that you might receive.

The quickest way for your return to be processed is to state your invoice number (can be found on the invoice sent with your order) and your order number (if you ordered over our website). Returns must be clearly marked with your full name, address, and invoice number. This will enable us to identify the goods.

If we do not receive a stamped address envelope or a cheque covering the cost of the postal/delivery charge to you – you will be contacted for payment of shipping prior to dispatch.

Incorrectly ordered items, or items that you wish to be returned due to incorrect ordering will incur an administration cost of $10.00 inclusive of GST.

Refunds

Full Refund – ‘As New Condition’ - To Qualify for a full refund, try garments on your pet over a tee shirt. Try boots on over a sock and do not wear outside. Products that qualify for a full refund are ones that were tried on once, over a sock or tee shirt, didn't fit, were repackaged and returned in 14 days. There must be no hair, fur, dirt or smell on the product and it must be in its original packaging, in order to be classed ‘As new’.

Partial Refund - Cleanable. The product was tried on once, but a tee shirt or sock was not used, and there are a few hairs on it. If we feel that we can restore the product to ‘as new’ condition by cleaning it, you will be charged a 20%-50% restocking charge depending on the amount of cleaning & repacking necessary.

No Refund - If the product has been used, soiled, and is not able to be easily restored to ‘as new’ condition, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you send a product back to us and a refund is not available, you may request the product be returned to you at your cost.

Dogs In Motion Canine rehabilitation will endeavor to resolve all disputes amicably and as swiftly as possible.

When you purchase one of our products you agree as part of the terms and conditions that if you have a dispute you will:

  • Contact us within 7 working days to enable us to resolve the issue by calling +61 3 9553 0896 or emailing us at admin@dogsinmotion.com.au
  • Allow us 2 working days to return your message or call.
  • Give us 5 working days after we have spoken with you and obtained the details of your dispute, to validate the dispute and come up with a resolution.

You further agree that if you file a dispute with your credit card company or payment processor before completing this process, you will pay 25% of the purchase price of the product, including shipping, to cover the time and resources we need to process your claim with the credit card company and that you will pay the fee regardless of the outcome of the investigation.

If, after speaking with you, we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction and you do institute a charge-back, you agree to pay the 25% processing fee if the credit card company does not rule in your favor.

Return Policy - Orthopets Products

Our Custom Molded Orthotic and Prosthetic Devices are classified as 1-off Custom Products and, as such, are not refundable. OrthoPets will not offer a refund, exchange, or return on a custom made device.

We gladly offer refunds on any items that prove to be incompatible with your particular animals needs ONLY in the circumstance that OrthoPets made the recommendation for that specific device selection and OrthoPets and your health care professional agree. OrthoPets will need to see pictures of the device on the animal before any sort of refund is given.

If you, your Veterinarian, Animal Physiotherapist, Animal Rehabilitation Therapist, or other allied animal healthcare provider determined the style and specifics of the device, OrthoPets is not obligated to offer a refund. For example, if OrthoPets suggest that your pet should have a Solid Carpus Paw Device, and you or your healthcare professional only want an Articulating Carpus Device and this Articulating Carpus Device is not giving the proper support that your pet needs, the customer is then responsible for getting a new cast molding of their pet's limb and paying for a new device.

No refund will be granted for any Custom Molded Orthotic or Prosthetic Device that does not fit properly due to an inadequate mold supplied to OrthoPets. If a new device needs to be made because of a inadequate mold supplied to OrthoPets, there will be a fee for the remake of a new device. OrthoPets will need to see a new mold and new measurements to begin remaking the device.

If the customer simply does not want use the device for certain matters, there will be NO refunds made.

If you decide to have a Rush Service on your device, all Rush Service Fees are non-refundable.

Certificate Courses in Canine Hydrotherapy and Remedial Massage

Space Is Limited: Register Early!

Registrations will be accepted on a first - come- first-served basis. Spaces are limited so please register early.

Payment

There are 3 options for payment.

  • A one time early bird payment of $3500 until a specified cute off date as per the website.
  • A one time payment after early bird ceases until course commencement $3750
  • A payment plan of $605 over 7 monthly instalments.
Refund Policy

Requests for refunds for will be reviewed personally for each individual circumstances and either full or partial refund will be provided minus an administration fee and financial transaction fees. Option to defer up to 12 months in special circumstances.

Course Postponement

Due to limited availability of places, its is highly recommend you do not postpone a course unless absolutely necessary.

Requests for postponement will be reviewed individually. If you request to postpone attendance at one of the workshops, you will have to cease your current course and you will eligible to recommence with the next intake space permitting. There may be a fee for transferring to a later course. All cases will be reviewed individually.

Course Cancellation

Dogs in Motion reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course because of low registration or to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will be notified and offered to defer until the course will commence at a later date or receive a full refund.

Certificate of Completion 

On successful completion of this course you will receive a signed Certificate. Completion of this course will enable you to apply for membership of the Australian Canine Rehabilitation Association and professional indemnity insurance with Insurance House.
